A video showing a young man carrying an elderly woman with both his arms across the street has gone viral online recently and reaffirmed our faith in humanity, which had been somewhat shaken.
According to Wuhan Evening Daily, the one-minute-long video was shot at an intersection in Longyan, Fujian province. The nice fella initially walked alongside the senior citizen, but after seeing how much difficulty she was having, he decided to take matters into his own hands, lifting her up and carrying her across the street.
Netizens were touched by the young man's good deed. It's unclear if the two are unrelated or not. Some saw it as a random act of kindness toward a stranger, while others thought it was a moving example of filial piety
