You may have never considered mixing coffee and herbs, but a new café in Hangzhou is bold enough to experiment.
The café, Herbs Expresso, extracts herbs using a coffee machine and offers 20 different kinds of original herbal coffee to customers. The assortment of herbal coffee serves different purposes: from losing weight to soothing nerves, according to Guangming Online.
The café is said to be the first of its kind, and the concept was initiated by Hu Qing Yu Tang, a traditional Chinese herbal pharmacy that dates back to 1874.
