Dude builds his own insane bullet-shaped vehicle, police tell him never to drive it on the road again

 An obviously inventive man from Nanchong city in Sichuan has just built a vehicle that... well, umm, how the hell do we describe this?

It apparently started as a bicycle, then a plastic body was added on, throw in an extra wheel and viola! There you have it:

Unsurprisingly, it attracted a bit of attention rolling down the street, specifically from local police. When they pulled him over, the thirty-something man was accompanied by a kid. Police banned the vehicle from ever hitting the road again, reports Sina.

This isn't the first time that police have taken a hard-line on people's peculiar vehicular inventions. One Guangxi man had his handcrafted "wooden chariot" seized by police last year:
